Proving ground.

The laundry room is the place where I experiment. I first fooled around with stain and paint effects on the floor (after I ripped up the vinyl tile) and practiced decorative painting techniques on the walls.

I started painting the house in earnest late last year, shortly before Christmas. Everything that had been painted since we moved in was either gray or beige, with the exception of my son's SpongeBob playroom, and the spacey bedroom. I decided to repaint everything, and I'm having a blast doing it!
